Although I attended many filmmaking seminars on screenplay writing, screenplay structure, independent filmmaking, movie financing and even distribution, my primary education in the movie industry is real life.

There have been many ups and downs throughout the years, but I believe my experiences have provided me an unique prospective; one which runs from basic screenwriting through production and distribution.

I am sure there were many, and how I wish I met those before me, who shared my same dream, who wanted more than simply typing FADE IN and FADE OUT. Those who wanted to be a part of putting their story on the screen whether theatrical or non-theatrical. To learn the business of low budget independent filmmaking.

Minus the normal industry hype, this website is all about sharing my real life experiences. However, I must warn you that being a former St. Louis Metropolitan Police Officer my words may prove a bit direct. I don't pull punches. I'm not politically correct.
